A bit off the cuff here for me, since tarot is not my normal modality of interpretation, but there's a quality of an opportunity to be this boss's side companion, of sorts, where that competitiveness and fear is relaxed a bit. That said, it's only a temporary measure, because you will naturally outshine them through your own inner connection of and "view" your work surroundings.

Unfortunately, there's a quality of there being a block for this boss which they cannot overcome without intense introspection, so it will feel as if it's "your fault" but they are just projecting onto you and see that inner light of yours as a threat. Communications will feel off, cold, or distant, and there is a level of that being just the fundamental nature of that connection between you and this individual, irrespective of the work environment.
