I hit rock bottom in the mid 20s. Thought I completely trashed my potential. I couldn’t think, couldn’t feel, I was destroying opportunity after opportunity. I can tell you that when you feel that bottom-out experience of having nothing to lose, because it’s all lost, all potential is destroyed, that’s when the journey starts.

I dropped out of three fully funded graduate programs, could barely get out of bed, almost killed myself. And then I was asked by disincarnate being before I threw myself in front of a train if I would make a contract, what I would be willing to do to give me back my sense of living, of wanting to live. If I would be willing to serve the Universe and put my entire trust in it. I said yes and agreed to the contract to serve.

The transformation is unprecedented, just keep going, keep meditating, keep being of service in any way possible. Forget the ego, forget the part that says you’re not enough, you’re not where you’re supposed to be. Everything has come back 100-fold, material, emotional, spiritual, everything asked for and more, but I don’t need it, I’m not constrained by it, it’s just a gift along a path I’ve been asked to follow.

Don’t worry about what could have been. You are authoring your journey right now, a new one, at this moment and every moment moving forward.
