As an author, creative, entrepreneur, scientist, and angel investor, I've been given the wonderful experience of wearing many hats throughout my professional career. But what I experience as most impactful is the ability to give back to those looking to start or continue their life and professional journey.
I've had the great pleasure and opportunity speak at Stanford University, UC Berkeley, The Good Food Institute, Microsoft, the Aspen Institute, Ontario Genomics, RAIN Incubator, and other companies, institutions, and non-profit organizations.
I've shared my many life stories on stage overcoming clinical depression, walking across the United States, dealing with ADHD as an entrepreneur, dropping out of graduate school, building a business during COVID, and finding meaning through the loss of my mother to a car crash.
