Did you have one practice that became a ritual that kinda changed your life?

I listed the goals I wanted to achieve in my life and wrote a mantra around it for benefiting other beings and to improve my inner being, honoring the spiritual domain for its abundance and such. Used to be on printed paper but then it was easier to just revise and read on a Word document. Goals that lost that alignment I would remove and goals that were more aligned, I would keep.

Material, spiritual, emotional, physical. Pretty much anything that felt like, oh if I achieved this, it would be a huge win.

And then I read them every day.

Been doing this for about 18 years now since I started college. Big goals would be achieve at ever increasing cadence. At first, it might be one per year. And then it was two, and so on and so forth. Last few years have been a very stellar knock out of goals, with a vast kaleidoscope of synchronicities of smaller goals that I didn’t list but had in my mind for some time.

Now I’m much more careful about what I write down - I’ve noticed there is some cost to what is given, it’s subtle but there’s a felt-sense of being locked into a particular fated-ness. Being goal-less has its perks of being open to anything possible rather than what your mind is limited into believing is possible.

It’s been quite a wild ride.
